Terms and conditions
These terms are a draft and have not been legally reviewed yet. [PLACEHOLDER: to confirm]

The service [PLACEHOLDER: to confirm]
Cold Email Critic is a free tool that scores a draft email out of 100 using fixed rules: subject line, opener, value proposition, call to action, and flags for the industry and email type you choose. You do not need an account.
Results are indicative [PLACEHOLDER: to confirm]
Scores and suggestions are general guidance based on common patterns. They cannot know your recipient, cannot predict whether someone will reply, and do not guarantee that an email will reach the inbox. Read your email yourself before you send it; decisions about what you send are yours.
Fair use [PLACEHOLDER: to confirm]
- Use the checker for your own drafts. Do not submit content you have no right to use, or personal data that is not needed for the check.
- Do not use automated tools to send large numbers of requests, scrape the site, or try to disrupt or overload it.
- Emails over 20,000 characters are not accepted.
Your content [PLACEHOLDER: to confirm]
You keep all rights to the emails you check. We use them only to produce your result, as described in the privacy policy.
Our content [PLACEHOLDER: to confirm]
The site, its text, design and scoring rules belong to Cold Email Critic. You may quote results and share PDF reports you generate.
Availability and liability [PLACEHOLDER: to confirm]
The service is provided free of charge and as it is, without any promise that it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made or losses arising from the use of the results. [PLACEHOLDER: to confirm]
Changes and governing law [PLACEHOLDER: to confirm]
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Governing law and jurisdiction. [PLACEHOLDER: to confirm]
